HPI's HBP-12-2000-C series strain gages are typically used for installations on concrete or other non-weldable materials requiring long gage lengths for strain averaging. The gage assembly consists of a foil strain gage bonded to a polyimide carrier in a pre-wired package similar to our HBW series gages.
